IMPARRA PET MOTEL hereafter referred to as “Imparra” (which includes the proprietors and their servants and agents) agrees to exercise due and responsible care, handle pets with kindness and always place their welfare above all else.

1. Owners or owners agent agrees to pay Imparra to board their pet/s.

2. Imparra is authorized to do whatever they deem necessary for the health and well being of pets. In the event of pets requiring veterinary treatment, give consent to engage the services of a veterinarian and all expenses shall be paid by the owner. In the event of serious illness when the owner can not be contacted, the veterinarian's decision shall be final.

3. Pets are currently vaccinated with C5 for dogs and F3 for cats and have not had or been in contact with a transmittable disease in the past 6 weeks.

4. In the event of your pet/s contracting a virus whilst in the care of Imparra, please accept that viruses are:
a. Airborne and cannot be controlled by the daily hygiene regime
b. That animals can carry a dormant virus in their systems for up to 6 months which can activate at any time. This is out of the control of Imparra.

5. All pets are boarded or otherwise handled and cared for by Imparra staff without responsibility for paralysis tick, canine influenza, injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, due diligence and care having been exercised.

6. The full booked period is charged during holiday periods with no refunds for early returns.

7. In the event of default by you in payment of accounts continuing for 2 weeks, we will, in addition to legal remedies, remove the animals from Imparra.

8. All charges incurred shall be payable upon pick up of pet/s.

9. The signing of this contract shall create a lien over the pet/s in favour of Imparra which shall continue to exist while ever monies are owing.
