As we are a small family owned and operated business, we are unable to absorb all of the price increases placed upon us by our suppliers and our Government.

We refuse to compromise on the care given to precious family pets and therefore, we are forced to adjust our prices from time to time.

Any adjustments necessary will be as minimal as possible and changed without notice to future or existing bookings.

Pricing

Our prices are structured to give your pet the highest quality care you expect and they deserve.

Non-refundable deposits are required at the time of booking for school holidays. The full booked period is payable during peak periods, no refunds for early returns.

It may not be possible to house 3 dogs over 20kg in the same kennel in the Dawgy Dorm. We suggest 3 or more cats should have two adjoining rooms if they have different eating habits.

Boarding charges commence the day of arrival regardless of the time.
Day of departure is not charged if pets are collected before 11am.
Afternoon collection will be an additional day's charge.

Our prices do not include brushing, grooming, monthly heartworm or, if deemed necessary, a spot on flea treatment or worming. A grooming fee will be charged if pets require brushing or extra attention that we feel is required, but was not requested by the owner.

Multi family and long term discounts available, during the Low Season only.

Minimum Boarding Charge:
3 Days long weekends 5 Days Easter w/end 7 Days Xmas/New Year

Pickup and delivery service - prices and availability on area upon request.

Playtime Costs:
Special time for dogs in the Paws Playground & Pool and for cats in the Pampa & Purrr Playground

$8 per pet, per session
$15 for 2 pets, same family, same session
$20 for 3 pets, same family, same session

Additional Care
We understand some pets require extra attention in addition to our normal care.

Medication or wet food provided by owner will incur a $2 per pet, per day handling charge.

Pets with both medication and wet food will only incur a $2 per pet, per day handling charge.

POA for more difficult medication, eg. injections and extra aged care etc.

Hydrobath
If your dog would enjoy a hydrobath, blow-dry and coat condition when departing, please ask.

One dog: $15.50 2nd dog same family: $30 3rd dog same family: $40

The hydrobath services are complimentary for stays:

6 days or longer in the Dawgy Dorm

3 days or longer in the Lil' Dawgy Fun House

3 days or longer in the Resort Rooms

We bath dogs the day before collection. 24 hours notice is required for early returns.

Hours of Operation
Our Pet Motel is always staffed, however for the comfort of our guests our gates may be closed outside our hours of operation (especially during snooze time in the middle of the day).

Please check pets in during our morning hours. This allows them to settle in before nightfall and gives us the opportunity to check on them during the daylight hours.

We are open everyday 8am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm - except for the following:
