A $50 non-refundable booking fee per room is required at time of booking ($100 for dog Resort Rooms). There is a minimum 5 day boarding charge over the Easter long weekend. Payment for stays is payable on arrival and there is no refund if you decide to come home early. We are open on Thursday 28th March from 7am to 5pm We are open on Friday 29th March from 7am to 11am - closed after 11am We are closed on Saturday 30th March We are closed on Sunday 31st March We resume our normal hours from Monday 1st April (8am-11am and 3pm-5pm) CANCELLATION POLICY If your booking is cancelled more than 2 weeks before the booked date – boarding charges will be refunded (less the booking fee) and the booking fee can be applied to future stays within 6 months of the cancellation date. If your booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the booked date – boarding charges will be refunded (less the booking fee), however, the booking fee is forfeited and cannot be applied to future stays. |
